Enrollment Information
Enrollment in MOSAIC Elementary is a lottery-based system. Parents can enroll their students in the lottery for the 2024-2025 school year by completing this form.

Application Timeline (2024-2025):
Feb. 5, 2024: Application for MOSAIC Elementary lottery opens. Complete the form.

Feb. 23, 2024: Application for MOSAIC Elementary lottery closes. 

By March 8, 2024: Families are notified if their child has been selected for MOSAIC Elementary via the lottery.

March 15, 2024:  Deadline for families to accept lottery results

April 2, 2024: Kindergarten enrollment for the 2024-2025 school year begins. View more information on the district website.
